Hands on techniques to help improve your joint mobility, soft tissue flexibility, and reduce pain so you can get back to moving! Additional benefits of manual therapy include: improved circulation, increased brain-muscle connection, and a reduction in harmful inflammation
Improve your strength, neuromotor control, mobility, and available active range of motion to achieve optimal performance and prevent future injury. This service is customized to address the root cause of your symptoms.
Dry needling involves using small needles placed strategically into and around the affected tissue of the body. We use this form of treatment to address impairments in mobility, improve mind-muscle connection, and reduce pain and limitations resulting from trigger points.
Hands-on techniques to address mobility impairments of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine as well as the joints of the upper and lower extremities.
A thorough analysis of your sport specific and/or lifestyle specific movement technique. Following the analysis, education and interventions are provided to address the deficits identified in the analysis. We offer the unique skill set of combining medical knowledge with high level performance training.
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization uses specific tools to break down tissue restrictions that impair soft tissue mobility and range of motion. Additional benefits from IASTM include increased blood flow and improved functional performance of the once restricted tissues.
A common service designed to help individuals navigate their daily lives with a reduced risk of falling. Various aspects of balance training include balance in both single and double leg stances, stable and compliant surface training, balance recovery, and how to get back up properly if a fall were to ever occur.

Pre and post surgical rehabilitation designed to help navigate you through the entire healing process that takes place once the surgery has occurred. The service begins before the surgery by educating you on what to expect as well as maximizing the functional capacity of the joint to be replaced prior to the surgery as research supports the fact that the recovery process is better for those who have more strength and motion in the joint prior to surgery. Following the surgery, the rehabilitation phase begins where we focus on pain/inflammation management, improving range of motion (at the appropriate time and may differ depending on the joint replaced), improving your ability to actively contract and relax the muscles around the joint replacement, and safe mobility using various assisted devices. Progressive exercises meant to improve your safety and function are build into the service and provided throughout the healing process when appropriate.
